TMHA 2009-2010 Player Registration Thompson Minor Hockey Association welcomes both Female and Male players to play the GREAT sport of Ice Hockey. Online Pre-Registration: New this year for the TMHA is online pre-registration. Use the pre-registration system to enter your contact information, then contact Tiffany to arrange for payment. Visit our Online Pre-Registration page for more information. Remember players are not allowed on the ice until their registration is paid in full. Registration Fee Regular Registration: Payment due in full for registration to be completed. Pre-Novice $100.00 Novice $200.00 Atom and up $350.00 NOTE: The Fundraising Commitment has been waived for the 2009-10 hockey season as the Registrar position has been filled by a volunteer. Included in these fees are… Insurance coverage, player, official and team registration with Hockey Manitoba and Norman Region. Payment Options: Cash or Cheque made out to “Thompson Minor Hockey Association”. Tryout Fee: One fee of $25 is required for every player trying out for any of the King Miners teams. NOTE: There are no tryouts for the Tigers teams therefore this fee does not apply. If a female player wishes to tryout for a King Miner team, this fee is applicable. Additional Fee for Other Than House League Teams: An additional $50 per player selected to play on a team (King Miner, Tiger, or B teams) must be submitted upon selection and is collected by the Team Managers. This fee pays for one extra practice ice time per week. Additional Information  NSF cheques will be subject to $25.00 charge. Families registering 3 or more players; the youngest player’s fee is half price. Non-payment will result in players not having access to any ice time until payment has been received in full. Proof of residency such as Hydro or Stittco statement, Cable TV bill, etc. Written release from previous Associations... only needed when tranferring during the season. No registration will be approved until all fees and required documentation are received.
