Bill Comaskey Wellness Centre
The Bill Comaskey Wellness Centre is a multi-sport court and fitness centre located at the TRCC. The court features markings for several sports including basketball, volleyball, soccer, and tennis. Basketball, volleyball, tennis and badminton nets are available for use with the rental.

Located in the loft above the Bill Comaskey Wellness Centre, the TRCC Fitness Centre includes equipment like treadmills, exercise bikes, ellipticals, a stair master, and a rowing machine, along with pulley-based resistance machines and free weights. Gym users can also book lockers in the change room below the gym.
When an ice plant operator isn't available to staff the CA Nesbitt Arena, walkers will be able to use the track in the Bill Comaskey Wellness Centre. If you're a regular walker at the walking track, we recommend bringing a pair of clean indoor shoes, just in case this happens. Outdoor footwear is not allowed in the gym.
TRCC Walking Track
The TRCC Walking Track is part of the CA Nesbitt Arena, but it generally follows the TRCC Fitness Centre's operating hours.
If you were planning to visit the walking track while it is closed, you can call ahead to the front desk at 204-677-7952 and check if the TRCC Gym is free and available. If there are no other bookings in the gym, walkers can use the gym track to walk indoors. JUST MAKE SURE TO BRING INDOOR SHOES!

The Fitness Centre will be closed every day from 1:30pm - 2:30pm so staff can perform a thorough cleaning.
