Presented by Fun Stuff Thompson and the City of Thompson!

This year, deck the streets with lights aplenty: the City of Thompson is joining Fun Stuff Thompson to bring you another year of the annual Thompson Christmas Decorating Contest! We want to see your *best* expression of your Christmas and holiday spirit lighting up our neighbourhoods.

Three judges will be driving around town checking out the sites on the night of December 21, 2022. You don't have to empty your pockets to be a meaningful part of the contest: Judges aren't looking for the expensive and high-value display. They're looking for effort, creativity, and *big* holiday spirit! They'll take some notes, compare them with one another, and choose the winners!

There will be first, second, and third prizes for residential properties, and one prize for commercial properties, along with a handful of honourable mentions. Among our prizes, the City is sponsoring some awesome Christmas decorations to help you up your game for next year and show your community spirit! Email funstuffthompson@gmail.com to register today!

Take a look at our Christmas Lights map and look for the red pins to find contestants who have registered for the contest! Hop in the car, and check them out for yourselves, or bundle up and check them out on foot! We'll be adding new contestants as we get them in: just keep in mind that people may still be decorating after they register.
